If you have had an accident in a country of the European Economic Area (but different from your place of residence) the first thing you should do is contact the Representative in Spain of the foreign vehicle's insurance company.

We remind you that the Representative has three months to give you a reasoned reply. If within those three months, you do not receive answer or if it is not well enough reasoned, send us the report of the accident.
