Every vehicle coming from a country which does not belong to the Economic European Area and which wants to enter the Spanish territory (and, consequently, the EEA) needs to have, by imperative, a valid Green Card.
They can obtain the above-mentioned Green Card in their native country, or otherwise they should purchase one in the moment of entering the Spanish territory with their vehicle.
