OFESAUTO ATTENDS AS SPEAKER THE “COURSE OF CIVIL LIABILITY AND INSURANCE EXPERT

OFESAUTO has attended as speaker the past 29th of Jun a course organized by the Deusto´s University and Bilbao´s Law Society about the following subjects:

  • Cross-border accidents, forged plates, foreign insurance companies, Uninsured foreign vehicles. Material and procedural issues.
  • The Hague convention.
  • Consorcio and OFESAUTO competences.
  • Procedural issues. Jurisdiction.

 

We thank the participants for their attendance and the organizers for the kind invitation.
