OFESAUTO PARTICIPATES IN THE 11th ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF GUARANTEE FUNDS, COMPENSATION BODIES AND INFORMATION CENTRES

As every year, last 12th November OFESAUTO in its capacity of Spanish Compensation Body participated at the Motor Insurance Directives (MID) bodies’ annual conference.

The Spanish Guarantee Fund and Information Centre was also represented (Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros, CCS).

This year the event took place in Riga (Latvia) Apart from the mentioned European bodies, at the meeting they were also representation members from Insurance Europe.

All the items dealt were really interesting, especially the analysis of the potential consequences of the “Vnuk case” sentence in the different MTPL systems across Europe,
