1. You must contact the representative in Spain of the insurer of the foreign EU vehicle. Find out which one in our Search tool for the entity competent to handle the claim.
2. Wait 3 months
Be patient, the representative has up to 3 months to reply.
3. If there is no reply or it is not reasoned
If this period has passed and you have not received a reply, or the reply is not sufficiently reasoned, send us the claim.
